• Technische Leitung: Sie werden die technische Strategie des Fälschungsschutz Produkts festlegen und die Umsetzung der technischen Vision sicherstellen.

• Software Development: You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the code for the counterfeit protection app, including continuous improvement and scalability.
• Team Leadership: You will lead, coordinate, and inspire a team of developers and engineers to achieve optimal results.
• Technology Assessment: You will evaluate and select new technologies and tools to continuously enhance the app's performance.
• Quality Control: You will ensure that the app delivers accurate and reliable results in identifying counterfeits and genuine products.
• Security and Data Privacy: You will ensure the security and protection of user data and the app's infrastructure.
• Customer Interaction: You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and ensure that the app meets their expectations.

• Technisches Know-how: Ein Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im Projektmanagement.
• Führungserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen Teams, vorzugsweise in der Entwicklung von mobilen Apps oder ähnlichen Produkten.
• Programmierkenntnisse: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie C++, Java, Swift, Python oder ähnlichen Sprachen sind von Vorteil, Grundlagen in der Bildverarbeitung und Auswertung sind vorhanden.

• Verständnis für Fälschungsschutz: Ein Verständnis für die Prinzipien und Techniken des Fälschungsschutzes ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Problem lösen: Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und kreative Lösungen zu finden.

Teamplayer: Sie sollten in der Lage sein, effektiv in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten und andere zu motivieren.

• Technical Expertise: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, along with proven experience in software development and project management.
• Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in leading technical teams, preferably in the development of mobile apps or similar products.
• Programming Skills: Profound knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Swift, Python, or similar languages is advantageous, with a foundation in image processing and analysis.
• Understanding of Counterfeit Protection: An understanding of the principles and techniques of counterfeit protection is desirable but not mandatory.
