5. Storage for Future Job Postings:

Suppose we cannot offer you a vacancy at the moment. In that case, we will assume that you are still interested in a position in our company (legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f). We will keep your documents if we have an ideal job position for you in the future! Please let us know if you do not want this. Otherwise, we will delete your documents after one year at the latest.

Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing (Article 21 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and to complain about the supervisory authority.
